, you will be responsible for the build, maintenance, and performance of your allocated area of the car(s), ensuring everything is race-ready to the highest standards.

• Build and maintain allocated car areas to precise specifications and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all build specification documentation, engineering drawings and car component allocations.
• Report technical issues to the No 1 Mechanic promptly.
• Participate in pit stops and training.
• Travel to all required races and test events.
• Contribute with the build and maintenance of pit equipment as allocated.
• Maintain professional standards in safety, communication, and documentation.
• Assist with garage setup and pack-down at all events.
• Support the operational running of the race car as allocated.

• Proven experience as a race mechanic in Formula One or high-level motor sport is essential.
• Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, trackside environment.
• Strong knowledge of race car systems and setup.
• Clear understanding of part allocations, engineering drawings, and operational procedure.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
