Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality, well‑validated parts for wind tunnel testing in line with aerodynamic targets
- Support the complete design projects, including CAD creation, project management, quality‑checking, and documentation
- Continuously improve the functionality, quality, and robustness of model parts to optimise wind tunnel test efficiency
- Drive the development and implementation of improved design workflows and standards
- Collaborate closely with Aerodynamicists and Surface Design Engineers to ensure alignment with technical specifications
- Ensure adherence to standard design practices and help refine them as needed
- Degree in Engineering, Design, Motorsport, or a related discipline or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably 3DExperience/CATIA) and experience in using FEA for structural validation of parts
- Strong understanding of parametric modelling, part robustness, and model layout principles
- Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes, including composites and advanced digital manufacturing techniques
- Strong understanding of GD&T and its application and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic contributor to a collaborative, inclusive, and open culture and highly detail‑oriented with a commitment to delivering work right the first time
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours during race season
