Salary £50,000 - £54,000 per annum
Shift EngineerMaintain and troubleshoot advanced automated systems and process equipment. Diagnose faults quickly within high-spec, safety‑critical environments. Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to maximise operational uptime. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability. Work with specialist gases, chemicals, and controlled processes. Contribute to engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and installations. Provide technical support and mentorship across the shift team. Interface with external suppliers and technical experts.

- Comfortable working within strict safety and compliance frameworks
- Engineering qualification (HND, Degree, or equivalent experience)
- A calm, logical approach to problem-solving in high-pressure situations
