Graduate Structural Analysis Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Graduate Structural Analysis Engineer to join the team at our Silverstone facility. In this role you will be performing calculations, finite element analysis, and optimizations of car structures at the assembly and component level. • Conduct simulations and optimisations across critical car systems to ensure weight‑efficient, robust, and high‑performing designs
• Perform advanced structural analyses using industry‑leading software (linear/nonlinear, buckling, fatigue and optimisations) as well as conventional hand calculation methods
• Collaborate closely with design groups to challenge concepts, refine load paths, and influence design evolution from concept through to track deployment
• Prepare high‑quality documentation and present findings in technical reviews, ensuring clear communication to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Lead initiatives to improve analysis workflows, enhance modelling accuracy, and support the development of best practices within the CAE group
• Assist material development works and participate T&V tests to improve material modelling accuracy
