Lola Cars is seeking an experienced Race Engineer to join the Trackside Engineering Team at the Silverstone facility. You will be responsible for all technical, operational, and strategic aspects of one car at events, collaborating with the Driver and Support Engineers to optimise performance.
You will lead run plans, make real-time decisions, and coordinate trackside and factory engineers to maximise performance and learning. Strong motor sport background and data-driven approach are essential.
