Due to incredible growth, this organisation which is part of a much larger global enterprise is looking to further increase its EMC capability. You will be joining a world leader in the TIC (test, Inspection and certification) sector, with a strong focus on the automotive sector.

Job Summary:We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate engineer with strong interpersonal skills and a precise command of the English language, both written and verbal. You must have great organisational skills, be smart, reliable, and flexible. You can work under your own initiative as well as part of a team and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:- Own and develop EMC Team processes for planning (labour & schedule), requirements, and documentation (specs, test plans, test reports, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal EMC Team customers (EE Design, Power Design, Homologation) and manage all project touch points.
- Report on status and schedule to Project and Program stakeholders.
- Manage vehicle EMC chamber bookings.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design engineers to develop hardware within EMC specs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Professional attitude with a strong customer focus.
- 2+ years of experience on complex-vehicles system projects.
- Previous experience as an engineer in an automotive environment, working closely with other engineering disciplines and teams.
- Metrics tracking and reporting for a hardware project.
- Ability to identify blockers/bottlenecks and develop remediation/recovery plans.
- Ability to triage new work and adjust to rapidly shifting program priorities.
- UNECE Reg 10 or similar requirement understanding.
