Location: Silverstone
The Cadillac Formula 1 Team in Silverstone is seeking a Lead Vehicle Performance Engineer to oversee vehicle performance simulation, analysis, model development and simulator operations. You will lead a team of engineers and drive improvements in performance across departments to optimize dynamics and race results.
Applicants should have significant motor sport or vehicle dynamics experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of vehicle physics, data analysis, and simulation tools.
