DescriptionWe’re looking for a Treasury Analyst to play a critical role in managing cash, liquidity, and financial risk in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role sits at the heart of our finance function, connecting day-to-day operational cashflows with long-term strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage daily cash positions across multiple entities and currencies.
- Forecast short-term cash requirements using payment run and credit control data.
- Support working capital optimisation to ensure liquidity for both operational and strategic needs.
- Prepare domestic and international payments via banking platforms in line with internal controls.
- Maintain banking systems, user access, and security protocols.
- Liaise with banking partners to resolve issues, enhance processes, and support treasury initiatives.
- Monitor FX exposures linked to global operations, sponsor ships, and supplier contracts.
- Support the execution, tracking, and reporting of hedging strategies.
- Produce ad hoc risk analysis and exposure reports.
- Deliver weekly and monthly treasury reporting, including cashflow analysis, variance commentary, and KPI dashboards.
- Provide treasury inputs into budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for cash accounts.
- Support audits and internal reviews.
- Working towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT, or equivalent.
- Background in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
- Experience managing cash, liquidity, and financial instruments.
- Comfortable working with large data sets across multiple systems.
- Experienced operating in a high-functioning finance team with multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent numeracy.
- Organised, resilient, and calm under pressure in tight‑deadline environments.
- Commercial mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
