Assistant Psychologist

Make A Difference Everyday We are recruiting for a Assistant Psychologist to join our team. Asana Lodge is a 22-bed drug and alcohol rehab facility that treats conditions such as drug and alcohol addiction, as well as dual diagnosis depression, anxiety disorders and stress burnout. Located in the scenic countryside area of Yardley Gobion in Towcester, our rehab centre offers a relaxing and safe environment for people to recover from substance abuse.

Through industry-leading, scientifically proven techniques, we treat both the body and mind to help our clients recover from addiction. Our approach is progressive and tailored to the needs of the individual, and we have a wide range of dedicated medical professionals to help along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Support psychological assessments and interventions under supervision. Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical data. Contribute to service evaluations, audits, and research projects. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Work collaboratively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Provide administrative support to the psychology service as required. Essential Requirements: A degree in Psychology (accredited by the appropriate professional body).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health difficulties is desirable. A commitment to confidentiality, equality, and person-centred care.
