DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive, highly organised Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves admin, thrives on coordination, and wants to play a key role in delivering a first-class recruitment experience.
You will be supporting the day-to-day running of the recruitment function, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, HR Operations, and the wider HR team. If you enjoy juggling priorities, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and getting properly stuck in, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Providing hands-on administrative and coordination support across end-to-end recruitment activity.
- Supporting with queries coming into the recruitment inbox in a professional and efficient way.
- Supporting interview scheduling and ensuring feedback and scorecards are completed.
- Maintaining talent pools and reviewing speculative applications.
- Producing accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
- Supporting onboarding by working closely with HR Operations.
- Assisting with contractor administration, documentation, and contract tracking.
- Supporting on raising and managing Purchase Orders linked to recruitment activity.
- Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects such as benchmarking, templates, and agency reviews.
- Actively contributing ideas to improve TA systems, processes, and candidate experience.
- Previous experience in an administrative role within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence dealing with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Good technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
- Solid working knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
