£47,000 to £48,000 + Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm + 9% Pension + Discretionary Bonus + Progression + 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Site based role commutable Towcester, Northampton, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Bedford, Banbury, Aylesbury and Brackley.

The Role

* Manage and support a small engineering team including calibration technicians

* Oversee daily business operations and commercial performance

* Contribute to new product development within temperature metrology

* Support leadership transition and future business growth

The Person

* Engineering background mechanical or electrical

* Strong business management experience

* Commercially aware and comfortable working within a small business environment

* Ambitious and interested in progressing towards senior leadership
