About the Role

Are you an experienced facilities or engineering professional looking to take ownership of a site and make a real difference? We're looking for a Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of safe, compliant, and reliable facilities services at our clients manufacturing site in Northampton.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the heart of our client's operations - you'll manage day-to-day maintenance, drive compliance, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow the contract. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, plus minor project work, working with both in-house technicians and specialist contractors
• Owning site operations, budgets, forecasting, and reporting for the client site
• Managing the contract against agreed KPIs and SLAs, championing continuous compliance improvement
