Feb 2026 Duration: 3x Months Rolling The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new, high-performance motor sport programme being built from the ground up.
The team combines the agility and energy of a start-up with the backing, ambition, and standards of a world-class engineering organisation.
We are seeking a Composite Laminator to join a high-performance manufacturing team at a new facility in Silverstone.
You will be responsible for the lamination of advanced composite components, contributing directly to production quality, efficiency, and overall vehicle performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow detailed work instructions and technical specifications to ensure product conformity Prepare composite materials and set up lamination equipment Carry out hand lay-up and vacuum bagging processes Inspect and test composite components for quality and accuracy prior to assembly De-mould parts and prepare components for trim shop and post-cure processes Operate autoclaves in line with defined procedures Work closely with assembly teams to ensure smooth integration of components Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment Identify, report, and support resolution of defects or process issues
What Were Looking For :
Proven experience in composite laminating, ideally within motor sport, Formula 1, or aerospace environments Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes
Experience with hand lay-up and vacuum bagging techniques Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications High attention to detail with a strong quality-focused mindset Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies Candidate Profile:
Experience working in the motor sport, Formula 1 or Aerospace sector.
Strong knowledge of laminating processes. xekaoyc
Ideally 3-5 years experience within an active F1 team or Motorsport Engineering
