We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our Operations team. This role involves building, testing and maintaining mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to high quality standards. You ll play an important part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and support continuous improvement across the department.

• Build mechanical and electrical assemblies using technical drawings, SOPs and CMMs.
• Assemble, inspect and test components and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Carry out electromechanical work including fans, motors and heaters.
• Use a range of hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., torque drivers, crimp tools, micrometers, verniers).
• Identify and troubleshoot issues through testing and inspection.

• Competent with hand tools and small component assembly.
• Soldering skills; experience with lathes, drills or similar equipment (brazing desirable).
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Methodical, logical and able to manage time effectively.
• Profesisonal, self motivated and able to work under pressure.
