Overview

We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join a world-class Formula One team on an Outside IR35 contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of motor sport manufacturing and inspection, contributing to parts delivered to elite race programmes.

• Program, operate, and maintain CMM equipment for complex precision components.
• Develop and verify PC-DMIS programmes to support fast‑paced production and inspection requirements.
• Perform detailed measurement, analysis, and reporting to tight tolerances typical of F1 environments.
• Work closely with Quality, Metrology, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues swiftly.
• Support continuous improvement of measurement processes and inspection workflows.

• Strong experience as a CMM Programmer in a high‑precision engineering or motor sport environment.
• Advanced proficiency with PC-DMIS (mandatory).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and complex geometric requirements.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
• Poly Works programming or analysis experience.
• Exposure to F1, motor sport, aerospace, or similarly demanding engineering sectors.

• Weekday night shift
• Competitive hourly/daily rates dependent on experience
• Immediate or near‑immediate starts available
