A world leader in high-technology systems is seeking a Production Planner based in Towcester
My client is a well-established manufacturer of mission-critical rugged embedded systems, supplying leading defence, aerospace and industrial organisations.
You'll play a key role in planning, MRP, inventory control and production scheduling within a low/medium volume, high-mix manufacturing environment, supporting complex and high-reliability products
Key responsibilities for this Production Planner role based in Towcester:- Run MRP in SAP, managing forecasts, sales orders and production schedules
- Manage inventory across multiple stores, driving stock optimisation
- Support SMT scheduling, NPI, ECNs and BOM updates
- Contribute to supply chain improvements and mentor junior planners
- Proven material/production planning experience in manufacturing
- Strong SAP, MRP and Excel skills
- Methodical, deadline-driven and confident working to KPIs
