We are currently recruiting for multiple Manufacturing Technicians to join a rapidly expanding high-tech production facility following significant international investment and a major growth programme.

With over 60 hires planned and substantial long-term expansion forecast across the next 3 years, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable position within a modern manufacturing environment offering genuine progression opportunities.

No previous industry experience is required.

We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment and willing to learn new processes and systems.

Candidates from manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operating, cleanroom, automotive, FMCG, engineering or technical environments are encouraged to apply.

• This role operates on permanent continental shifts including both days and nights
• Shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off
• Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site
• Full cleanroom PPE must be worn at all times on site
• We are looking for candidates with a strong attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

• 4 on / 4 off continental shifts: 2 x Days – 7am to 7pm
• 2 x Nights – 7pm to 7am
• Followed by 4 days off

You will be part of a specialist manufacturing team responsible for supporting a range of precision production processes within a clean and highly controlled environment.

The role combines hands‑on manufacturing work with quality-focused production activities and operation of specialised equipment and computer systems.

• Operating manufacturing and production equipment
• Supporting precision assembly and processing activities
• Working to production schedules and delivery targets
• Completing quality checks and inspections throughout production
• Following strict manufacturing and safety procedures
• Using computer systems to record and track production activity
• Working within a cleanroom-controlled production environment
• Handling delicate components with care and accuracy

• Strong attitude and willingness to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable work history and attendance record
• Comfortable working 12-hour continental shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  
  Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential
