Manufacturing Technician
£35,000 per year | Full training provided | 4 on / 4 off continental shifts

We are recruiting for multiple Manufacturing Technicians to join a rapidly expanding high‑tech production facility following significant international investment and a major growth programme.
With over 60 hires planned and a substantial long‑term expansion forecast across the next 3 years, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable position within a modern manufacturing environment offering genuine progression opportunities. No previous industry experience is required.
Shift Pattern- 2 days – 7am to 7pm
- 2 nights – 7pm to 7am
- Followed by 4 days off (4 on / 4 off)
- 12‑hour continental shifts
- Own transport essential due to the rural location of the site
- Full cleanroom PPE must be worn at all times on site
- Operate manufacturing and production equipment.
- Support precision assembly and processing activities.
- Work to production schedules and delivery targets.
- Complete quality checks and inspections throughout production.
- Follow strict manufacturing and safety procedures.
- Use computer systems to record and track production activity.
- Work within a cleanroom‑controlled production environment.
- Handle delicate components with care and accuracy.
- Strong attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable work history and attendance record.
- Comfortable working 12‑hour continental shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience advantageous but not essential.
- £35,000 starting salary.
