Job Title
CNC Miller Setter Operator
Location & HoursTowcester NN12 0830 – 1700 Mon – Fri 40 hours/week
Salary£16.00 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience. Overtime at 1.5× after 40 hours.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate up to 5‑axis milling machines (3 or 4‑axis optional).
- Perform first‑off inspections and urgent work within short deadlines.
- Maintain micron‑level tolerances and CNC mill programs.
- Experience setting and operating CNC millers.
- Ability to work to micron tolerances.
- Can commute to Towcester.
- Permanent job from day one.
- Upskilling on new machinery and processes.
- Supportive client retaining staff.
