  • Fitting inserts, brackets, hinges, and mechanisms using torque‑controlled tools.
  • Surface‑finishing Class‑A visual carbon components (180–2000 grit micro‑mesh polish).
  • Working from engineering drawings, build manuals, and route cards—checking instructions are clear and correct before starting work.
  • Performing visual and structural checks, identifying and flagging defects.
  • Completing QA documentation, work orders, cure‑cycle logs, and sign‑off for every part.
  • Keeping tools and equipment maintained.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Contributing ideas to improve process quality and efficiency.
Essential Requirements

  • Certified in structural adhesive systems (e.g. Loctite/Huntsman), or willing to complete training.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings an advantage but not essential—full training provided.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable in full PPE for extended shifts.
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available for this role).
  • Calm under pressure, able to work to tight deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Good communicator, able to follow instructions and flag issues early.
  • Own safety boots; all other PPE and tools supplied.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or under own initiative.
