Tip Top Job is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a manufacturing environment in Towcester, UK. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of production equipment, plant assets and site infrastructure to maximise reliability and minimise downtime.
The role requires at least 5 years in facilities/production management, IOSH qualification, and proven ability to lead maintenance teams, contractors and engineers while ensuring compliance with health & safety and environmental standards.
