TIG Welder Fabricator
Location:
Silverstone
Our client is looking for an experienced TIG Welder Fabricator to join their growing team in Silverstone. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-precision fabrication projects, manufacturing components for Formula 1 teams and other high-performance engineering sectors.
We’re looking for someone with strong TIG welding and fabrication experience who takes pride in producing precision work to the highest standards in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out high-quality TIG welding on a range of precision metal components and assemblies.
- Fabricate bespoke parts from engineering drawings and fabrication specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Assemble, tack, weld, and finish fabricated components to exacting standards.
- Use workshop machinery, hand tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Work closely with the production team to deliver projects on time.
- Previous experience as a TIG Welder Fabricator within a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Highly skilled in TIG welding, producing high-quality, precision welds.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong fabrication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminium, or other precision materials is advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to producing work to the highest quality standards.
