Silverstone Museum is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to lead the delivery of our marketing and communications strategy. You’ll take ownership of multi‑channel campaigns, digital content, social media, and website performance—using data and creativity to boost audiences, revenue, and brand reach.

• Develop and deliver marketing plans that grow audiences and visitor numbers.
• Lead digital campaigns, content creation, SEO, and social media activity.
• Manage visitor data, reporting, and analytics to optimise performance.
• Oversee agencies, partner relationships, and influencer outreach.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Support international marketing and inbound tourism strategies.
• Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and report progress to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and support the Marketing Executive.

• Strong digital marketing experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Skilled in content, social media, analytics, and campaign management.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
• Experience updating and maintaining website content using CMS platforms.
• Skills in editing short‑form and long‑form video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator for creating and editing marketing assets.
• Experience creating, scheduling, and optimising content across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok, Linked In) and ability to craft engaging content for different channels and audiences.
