* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

** The Quality Technician for product manufacturing will be responsible for:
* Assuring the product quality control and compliance meets specification requirements
* Supporting the Quality Engineer in all quality control activities
* Carrying out Internal Process Audits & ESD audits and verifications, Corrective and Preventive actions

The role will involve:
* Routine process and ESD audit to monitor Manufacturing Line Performance
* Support and Co-ordination on Corrective Action Management
* Spot Check Audits and Shop Floor Walks
* Drive and support Quality Improvement Initiatives
* Support customer visits/audits
* Support site calibration activities
* Goods In and Goods Out Inspection of components and finished goods
* Supporting the internal audit program
* Change Control – approval/effectiveness monitoring
* Develop / update operation instructions for QA
**
* QUALIFICATIONS:

**** BTEC ONC/OND in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or similar, or
* 3-5 years’ experience working in QA in a manufacturing environment
*** KNOWLEDGE/

SKILLS:

**** Ability to problem solve using various techniques.
* Background in manufacturing and/or product assembly
* ISO
9001 Quality System
* MS Office – Inc. Word, Excel, Email and Power Point
* Proven communication skills
**
* EXPERIENCE:

**** Quality Audit background.
* Able to recognize and define problems, analyse data and facts, make inference and or draw conclusions.
* Calibration Experience (Preferred)
* Previous experience of working within a cleanroom environment (Preferred)
* Previous working experience with SAP, Agile or PROMIS (or similar systems)
