Our client, located in the beautiful Towcester area of Northampton, is seeking Venue Bookers to join their vibrant and supportive team. The office is situated in a business park with stunning views and excellent amenities, including a café and a gym, to make your work environment even more enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of the company's goals and mission.
Make outbound calls to various venues, building rapport and establishing connections.
Persuade key decision-makers by clearly communicating the company’s objectives, and securing appointments for your client.
Ensure that all booking requirements are meticulously met to guarantee successful client delivery.
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage.
Achieve targets related to call quality and overall performance.
