Sales Executive

Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established and growing service-based business with the recruitment of a Business Development Executive . Permanent, full-time position based in Towcester . This is an office-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, converting warm opportunities and providing a professional, consultative sales experience.

Salary £32,000 basic salary  uncapped commission, with OTE of approximately £40,000

Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers and explain available services clearly and professionally Conduct detailed consultations to understand individual requirements Provide tailored quotations and recommend suitable options Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process Follow up warm leads and convert opportunities into sales Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service Maintain accurate customer and sales information within the CRM system Handle sensitive conversations professionally and with empathy Work closely with the wider team to support overall business growth Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience within sales, business development or a similar role Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills Confident and professional telephone manner Proven ability to achieve sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach with strong empathy and professionalism Good organisation and time-management skills Comfortable using CRM systems and general IT applications Proactive, adaptable and commercially minded What's on Offer £32,000 basic salary Uncapped commission with OTE around £40,000 Permanent, full-time position Private GP appointments Company pension scheme 28 days' annual leave including bank holidays Free on-site parking Comprehensive training and ongoing support Supportive and friendly team environment Long-term career development opportunities Please apply.
