We are now recruiting a Corporate Security Team Leader
to join the team supporting a prestigious corporate client in Towcester. This is a professional, customer-facing role in which you will help maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for employees, clients and visitors.

• Lead a team of 4 security officers in patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing access control, and responding to incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorised activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious activities.
• Enforce access control policies and procedures, checking the identification of individuals and vehicles entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Provide a visible presence to deter unauthorised individuals and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Conduct thorough investigations and report incidents in a timely manner.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of security equipment.
• Assist with the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
• Proven experience leading a team and as a corporate security officer (minimum 1 year of corporate security experience required).
• Full UK Driving License and access to own transport.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
• Basic computer skills for operating security systems.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
