Bricklayer; &1 gang

We are seeking an experienced Bricklaying / Stone Laying Gang for immediate start on our client development site in Towcester, NN12 area.

This role offers
several months of ongoing work with flexibility on the start date.

• Experience in bricklaying and/or stone laying
• High-quality workmanship and finishing
• Full gang preferred
• CSCS cards essential
• Own tools and transport
• Reliability and good communication

• Project:
  Private residential build (5 houses total)
• Start:

• Rate:
  Negotiable, based on experience

• Carry out brick and stone laying to design specifications and drawings
• Construct walls, façades, and structural masonry elements
• Prepare foundations and set out layouts accurately
• Cut and shape bricks/stone as required
• Mix and apply mortar to required standards
• Maintain high site standards and quality control
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
• Communicate progress and issues to site lead
• Coordinate with other trades when necessary
