Operations & Infrastructure Manager (175jc) – Silverstone (UK travel required) - £35 – £40k
My client is seeking a disciplined and organised Operations & Infrastructure Manager to oversee logistics, fleet compliance, asset management, workforce coordination and operational planning across a national operations business.
This role is particularly suited to Armed Forces veterans with experience in logistics, transport, engineering support, operational planning, infrastructure management or resource coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring personnel, equipment and facilities remain operationally ready and deployed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Logistics- Coordinate personnel, equipment and transport resources.
- Manage travel, accommodation and deployment planning.
- Support operational scheduling and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact delivery.
- Maintain fleet compliance, inspections and maintenance schedules.
- Manage driver records, certifications and training requirements.
- Ensure transport operations meet all legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance documentation.
- Manage equipment, assets and stock control systems.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs and replacement planning.
- Support facilities management and contractor coordination.
- Ensure sites, equipment and infrastructure remain operationally ready.
- Maintain compliance records and training matrices.
- Support audits, inspections and safety procedures.
- Assist with risk assessments and operational governance activities.
