Pay Range: $13.75-$14.30/hr

Job Summary

The Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes meet documented company standards designed to drive sales. Responsibilities include vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the store, and stocking.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and execute company policies accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment with excellent service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate transactions and positive customer experiences.
• Unload, process, and stock freight following store merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the store.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks efficiently and on time.
• Participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.

Qualifications & Competencies

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs, or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to handle objects, reach, stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ethical and honest behavior.
• Flexible and creative in handling multiple tasks.
