We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role in a well-established Primary Care practice near Townsend, Delaware. This position offers the chance to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. • Location: Near Townsend, Delaware
• Position Type: Full-time, permanent
• Specialty: Family Medicine (Primary Care)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible shift options (8-hour or 10-hour shifts)
• Call Schedule: Equitable call schedule, including nights and weekends
• On-Call Requirements: Shared, including weekend responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages

• Potential to teach within a Family Medicine Residency program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (required)
• Active Delaware medical license or willingness to obtain one
• DEA certification or eligibility
• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Clean malpractice and licensing history
• Fluency or proficiency in medical Spanish is highly desirable but not required
