No experience required — we provide PAID training.
Payrate: $18.75 per hour.
ResponsibilitiesOur ideal DSP candidate will have a strong desire to create long‑term impacts on the lives of individuals and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals. Be a part of fostering a true sense of pride in your individuals by teaching them to navigate daily living activities, such as housekeeping and laundry. Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living‑area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings.
