Print Finishing Specialist – 2nd Shift

Operates moderately complex post‑press equipment of intermediate to advanced difficulty. Requires preventive maintenance and basic computer skills. Typical responsibilities include handling multiple product types.

• Operate Advent Machine, cutting, handwork, 3‑hole drilling, and packing.
• Set up the press efficiently – monitor and maintain equipment, manage supply stock, check order shipments, stamp and proofread orders, generate labels.
• Understand and follow all order instructions; run press productively while meeting ink density, water balance, color matching, and other quality specifications.
• Resolve production issues by adjusting process and notifying the Team Manager for additional information or resources.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.

• HS/GED with at least 3 years of warehouse experience; 1 year of plating experience.
• Strong PC knowledge, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication skills.
