Tax Senior Associate

Location: Hybrid – work from any Frazier & Deeter office or remotely as needed.
Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 USD.
Employment Type: Full‑time.
Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and corporations, focusing on complex high‑net‑worth families, middle‑market operating businesses, and real estate.
• Identify and research tax and compliance issues, utilizing various tax research platforms.
• Collaborate closely with clients, senior staff, and partners to provide outstanding client service and build client confidence.

• 3 to 6 years of public accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Experience with CCH Axcess, Fixed Asset software, and Advance Flow (or equivalent).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated with excellent follow‑through on assigned duties.
