Seasonal Tax Intern

GRB&A is a growing public accounting firm providing tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Tax intern for the 2027 tax season to add to our professional staff beginning January 2027.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client interaction, and supporting a fast-paced professional office. Successful candidates are proactive, dependable, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.

• Part-time:
  Approximately 25-30 hours per week
• Additional hours may be available

• Assist with completion of compilations and reviews
• Complete business and individual tax returns.
• Develop the ability to prepare cash and accrual accounting jobs from source data to financial statements.
• Reconciles assigned accounts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately prepare year-end journal entries.
• Develop proficiency in the firm’s computer programs.

• Working towards a bachelor’s in accounting preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe/PDF tools preferred
• Comfortable learning new software and working in paperless systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
