Overview: Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Handle correspondence and maintain organized filing systems.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
