Job Summary

The Administrative Manager oversees daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role manages administrative staff, coordinates resources, and supports leadership in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor administrative team members.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative management or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and project management tools.
