Job Description Heritage Hyundai Towson, a part of Mile One Autogroup, is currently seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in both the new and pre-owned departments. Sales Manager Responsibilities:  - Hire, motivate, mentor and train the New & Used Sales team  - Work with the team to maintain sales profitability of New and/or Pre-Owned Vehicles  - Manage Customer Retention  - Establish and maintain performance standards    Sales Manager

Qualifications:
