The JobAs a Product Manager, you’ll work in a hybrid capacity, overseeing product life cycles and aligning them with customer needs and business goals. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration, market analysis, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and project leadership. Success depends on strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Engage end‑users and stakeholders to gather and analyze customer feedback, prioritizing requirements and identifying innovation opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for power‑tool battery systems, integrating insights into product launches.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for power‑tool batteries, collaborating with global teams throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and supply‑chain teams to drive product development and launches.
- Lead product training, guiding peers through change and responding to shifting priorities.
- Build business cases, set pricing, monitor performance, and manage P&L for assigned lines.

- BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong cross‑functional communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with a “can‑do” attitude and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
- Product knowledge of PPT & OPE markets and familiarity with Microsoft Office/Power BI, SAP/BW, Metastorm, Windchill, Qlik.
- Willingness to travel 2–3 days per month.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- Hybrid role: 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Base pay range in Maryland: $70,000 – $85,000 per year. Pay varies by location and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided.
