Product Manager - Circular Saw Blades - Hybrid

Join Smith & Black & Decker as the Product Manager for Circular Saw Blades. This hybrid role focuses on global product leadership, P&L responsibility, and cross‑functional collaboration across the Power Tools Accessories team.

As the product expert, you will:

• Own the Circular Saw Blades portfolio, including miter saw blades, table saw blades, and related accessories.
• Translate consumer voice through End‑Users & Consumer Insights Teams into actionable programs.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and market dynamics across multiple regions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, partnering with Product Engineering, Sourcing, Operations, and Global Commercial teams.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to optimise growth, productivity, and service levels.
• Develop and execute pricing and margin strategies.
• Own customer meetings, product trainings, and internal/ external line reviews.
• Act as primary contact for Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, Engineering, and Brand teams.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Brings 3+ years of product management experience.
• Possesses curiosity about stakeholder decision drivers and excellent communication skills.
• Is hands‑on, willing to adopt the end‑user perspective.
• Can lead teams, present data clearly, and work effectively across functions.
• Has manufacturing experience or experience working closely with a Manufacturing Plant.
• Is open to up to 20% domestic travel (including overnight trips).

• Competitive base pay ranging from $58,000 to $107,000 (Maryland).
