Senior Designer

The Senior Designer operates as a vital part of our creative team, providing strategy-driven designs for professional organizations. You will design and expand upon visual concepts to develop a wide variety of assets, both print and digital. You are in communication with clients along the way to help deliver a final product that tells their story well.

• Lead the design team ensuring work achieves agreed-upon strategic and design goals. Provide guidance on the output of work to make sure it is high quality and conveys messaging through various potential touch points including print, brand, digital, social media, and UX/UI experiences.
• Responsible for the design of high-level concepts and production oversight of organizational publications, graphics, and key branding elements such as illustrations, logos, print ads, event promotions, direct mail, physical collateral, social, and email assets.
• Present & sell work to clients while communicating any key outcomes to internal team stakeholders; including the implementation of revisions to better suit the client’s needs and project strategy.
• Assess client websites and business materials to provide recommendations for improvement in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Provide oversight on communication with vendors to follow through with the production of designed pieces.
• Partner with account leads to oversee the creation of client website design, providing art direction and feedback into designs to ensure utilization of UI best practices and client outlined brand guidelines.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro) and Figma to create assets.
