This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dentist with Ownership Path based in Towson, MD. The Dentist will be responsible for providing general dental care services, diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing preventive and restorative procedures, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities also include ensuring high standards of patient care, maintaining up-to-date dental records, and contributing to the growth of the practice.

• Proficiency in dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing clinical dental procedures, including restorations, extractions, and periodontal care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong patient relationships and collaborating effectively with the dental team
• Commitment to delivering patient-focused care with a focus on quality and attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills and an interest in practice management and potential practice ownership
• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active license to practice dentistry in the state of Maryland
• Additional certifications or specialized training in areas such as implantology or orthodontics are a plus
