Summary

Full-Time Pediatrician Opportunity at Main Street Pediatrics in Towson, MD. The practice is part of the Life Bridge Health Community Physician network, a cohesive team of eight experienced physicians delivering high-quality patient-centered care to patients from birth through college graduation.

• Well-established team of pediatricians and support staff
• Pediatricians with their own panel of patients; partnership track encouraged
• Typical work week: 4.5 days, including equal rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays
• Overnight nurse triage; approx 20 patients per full day
• Allscripts EMR
• Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students from Johns Hopkins, Sinai, and George Washington University, if desired
• Ideal start time: late summer or fall 2026

$160k starting base salary, plus productivity-based incentive pay.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• American Board of Pediatrics Board Certified or Board eligible
• Ability to obtain Maryland medical license, CDS license, and DEA license
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
