• Design, evaluate, update, and implement nursing education curriculum and training programs.
• Teach courses and provide training to licensed and unlicensed clinical team members on new equipment, supplies, and instruments.
• Coordinate in‑service training and workshops for staff.
• Incorporate evidence‑based research into educational plans, clinical policies, and nursing practices.
• Provide educational leadership to enhance patient care.
• Initiate skills development programs and monitor trends to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory parameters.
• Serve as a mentor to nurses and staff, identifying growth opportunities and educational needs.
• Promote critical thinking among staff and show commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.

• Master’s degree in Education or Nursing.
  MSN with an education focus is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting, with at least 1 year in a psychiatric setting.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Maryland, maintained throughout employment.
• Required CPR and CPI certification and training to be a super‑user of Sunrise EMR.

Salary range: $77,646.40 – $ (based on experience and qualifications).
