Building Control System Integrator

Southfield, MI. Travel is approximately 30% (or once every two weeks) for about three days (fully reimbursed).

Responsibilities- Work with open protocol systems such as Tridium Niagara (N4 version), including programming, graphical interface development, and workbench.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver intelligent building solutions.
- Support commissioning and energy analysis activities.
- Engage in client management and business development efforts.
- Travel to job sites and work both remotely and in-office as needed.
- Relevant degree or diploma in engineering (preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience with Tridium Niagara; N4 certification required.
- Strong background in BAS controls and understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and project delivery.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio, CAD (Microsoft and Revit), and MS Project.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel and be mobile for site visits.
Base Pay Range: $100,000 to $125,000 (actual compensation depends on experience, certifications, and location).
