** As Lead Engineering Technician, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team and will be working as an on-site employee.  As a Senior Engineering Technician
- Outdoor Battery Electronics, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an on-site employee. We’re the World’s largest tool company. We design and develop outdoor power equipment that is used to change the world every day at our Engineering headquarters in Towson, Maryland.  Our design teams are involved with every step of the process, bringing these world-class products to life.

We are seeking an engineering technician with hands-on experience in electronic circuits and who can bring ideas to life. You’ll get to:
* Prototype, assemble, and test electronic assemblies and circuit boards.
* Perform thermal testing of electronic assemblies.
* Graph and provide basic analysis of test data.
* Document new test procedures; follow and report test plan results.
* Utilize available resources effectively.
* Effectively communicate status of active programs.
** The Person:
*** Associate’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or similar Technical Field.
* 5+ years experience in Electronics Technician or related position required.
* Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly, surface mount soldering, and electronics prototyping.
* Ability to read and interpret designs/schematics and troubleshoot circuit problems including failure analysis.
* Proficient with multimeters, power supplies, and multi-channel oscilloscopes.
* Capable of analyzing data and graphing results.
* Understanding of lithium batteries, power tools, motor drives, controllers, and general mechanical principles a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to self-delegate tasks from several Engineers.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
