The JobAs Senior Finance Analyst for the STANLEY Finance team, you will provide financial leadership and decision support to Category Management and Product Management while managing the total global STANLEY Brand P&L. This role reports to the Finance Manager, STANLEY.
- Support execution around the STANLEY team strategy including category analysis, portfolio analysis, global marketing, new product development, and entry into new markets.
- Define appropriate focus areas and portfolio families (geography, customer, brand, market share, margin) to drive portfolio growth and margin expansion.
- Maintain a new‑product roadmap funnel that achieves strategic goals of the STANLEY Brand – focusing on global revitalization – while maintaining capital and cost results.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across all facets of the organization (Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance) to drive process enhancement and full global P&L excellence.
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics with strong analytical skills.
- 2+ years of finance or business‑related experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership.
- Strong problem‑solving, business case development, and communication skills.
- High business acumen and collaboration with cross‑functional and business leaders.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or equivalent. Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus.

Base pay range for this position in Maryland: $77,600 – $124,900 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package.
