Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

ERP International, LLC () is currently seeking a full-time Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst with strong federal government contracting experience to support budgeting, forecasting, revenue/backlog analysis, government contract pricing, and financial performance analysis. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Contracts, Business Development, and Program Management to improve forecast accuracy, pricing decisions, and financial visibility.

$125,000 - $135,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skill level, and location. The final salary offer will fall within this range and will be commensurate with the candidate’s background and the specific demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the annual operating budget process, including revenue, direct labor, subcontractor costs, indirect expenses, headcount, and profitability.
• Partner with department leaders and program managers to develop assumptions and consolidate project-level and departmental budgets into the corporate financial plan.
• Develop and maintain monthly or quarterly rolling forecasts based on actual results, contract performance, staffing changes, new awards, contract modifications, and business development activity.
• Prepare and maintain revenue and backlog waterfall forecasts, including funded and unfunded backlog, new awards, recompetes, options, extensions, and contract pipelines.
• Perform Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual analysis and identify key financial drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities for management.
• Analyze contract financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, labor, subcontractor costs, utilization, burn rates, funding levels, indirect costs, and contract profitability.
• Support federal government contract pricing for new business, recompetes, task orders, contract extensions, and modifications.
