QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Speech Language Pathologist
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA certification
- State Speech Language Pathology License
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
As an SLP you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. You will provide high‑quality services based on your assessments, conduct evaluations, write reports, and determine strengths and areas of concern in speech, fluency, language, communication, and oral motor skills.

About The Therapy Spot
The Therapy Spot consists of a dedicated team of pediatric speech, occupational and physical therapists who work together in a positive and exciting atmosphere. We treat children of all ages with various conditions and deficits. The combination of multi‑specialized services allows us to coordinate a treatment plan to help meet the total needs of our clients. In our outpatient, non‑hospital, based clinic we are able to foster a personal and professional connection among the child, parent and therapist.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
