• Perform high‑quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with currently approved practices as outlined in department policy and procedure manuals, complying with all applicable federal, state, local and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound‑guided biopsies and procedures if needed.
• Understand the methods used to generate ultrasound data and the theory and operation of the instruments that detect, display, and store the acoustic information generated in clinical examinations.
• Monitor patient's well‑being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.

• Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgment and an ability to remain professional in all situations.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues.
• Have a structured work approach, understand complex problems, and can prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Applicants must have completed their Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma.
• Passed SPI exam preferred.
• Current ARDMS certifications or AART (S), or ARDMS Registry / ARRT (S) eligible preferred.
• BLS certification required.
